Steven A. Weg focuses his practice on complex commercial and real estate litigation disputes involving private companies, partnerships and individuals. Steven represents clients on both the plaintiff and defendant’s side in a wide variety of litigation matters, including having represented real estate developers, architects and contractors in connection with construction disputes; sellers and purchasers of real estate in breach of contract and specific performance claims; condominiums relating to construction defects; disputes between current and former business partners; individuals in connection with accounting and legal malpractice claims; trademark owners in connection with intellectual property disputes; companies in connection with wrongful termination of employment claims; and lenders and borrowers with respect to foreclosure proceedings. Steven has also defended allegations of securities fraud.
Steven is a graduate of the Fordham University School of Law where he was a member of the Environmental Law Review and Board of Student Advisers.
