Kelly C. Griffin-Fromm’s current practice focuses on foreclosure, construction, and insurance litigation. Ms. Griffin-Fromm litigates Denial of Coverage Claims on behalf of both insurers and insureds and has defended significant products liability cases on behalf of both manufacturers and retailers. Ms. Griffin-Fromm also defends foreclosure actions, both commercial and residential, and handles complex commercial litigation with a focus on those disputes arising from major development projects.
Ms. Griffin-Fromm spent several years practicing matrimonial and family law as well as general civil litigation, including personal injury. Ms. Griffin-Fromm is a former NCAA Collegiate Basketball player and served as the Senior Director of Habitat for Humanity at Fordham Law School. Ms. Griffin was the Business Editor of the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal and received the Fordham Public Interest Student Leadership Award.
